Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and your use of Tirra services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Liability Limitations

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments
We may amend these legal terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or through our platform. Your continued use of Tirra services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
